Jetcharm is an Australian owned small company specialising in construction and renovation of architecturally designed residential properties.  Jetcharm was founded in 1995 by director, Shaun Conaglen.  Since 1995 Jetcharm has risen to be a key player in the boutique home construction and renovation market, employing as many as 20 employees.  Jetcharm relies heavily upon ‘word of mouth’ referrals for new projects and recruitment of staff.

Director Profile – Shaun Conaglen

My career as a builder commenced in 1978 with a Carpentry Apprenticeship and since then I have worked continuously in the building industry as a carpenter, foreman and supervisor before starting my own building company in 1995.

I have 29 years experience and am very much a hands on builder. I realise that deciding to build or renovate a property is arguably one of the most expensive and important decisions people make in life and it should not become a nightmare.
I work with clients to ensure that the building work is a pleasant and reasonably simple experience.
